Front Line Supervisor Program

Join team leaders and supervisors from the region's leading organizations in our most popular series. The Penn College Front Line Supervisor Program prepares individuals to meet the unique challenges faced by supervisors today. Each course contains four interactive modules and covers multiple topics across core competencies.  This program can be customized and delivered at your location. 

All three courses will be offered simultaneously from our Williamsport and Wellsboro locations.

Front Line Supervisor I: Supervisory Fundamentals

Wednesdays, October 2 and 9, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Front Line Supervisor II: Performance Management

Wednesdays, November 6 and 13, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Front Line Supervisor III: Teamwork and Cooperation

Wednesdays, December 4 and 11, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
