This program introduces the fundamentals of delivering projects on time and within budget that maximize customer satisfaction. Participants will learn and apply specific project management tools related to chartering, defining scope, scheduling, risk planning, communication planning, and project closing. These are key tools that can be extremely valuable in today's fast-paced environment. This program is appropriate for projects of any size and provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with project management tools and techniques to increase productivity. Participants are encouraged to bring work projects with them so they can apply the concepts learned using the appropriate tools and techniques. If an actual project is not available, the instructor will provide a practice project.
