Mastering Project Management

Mastering Project Management is a 12-module series where you will learn about the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in leading a project. The series is aligned with the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide). We designed it for individuals who manage or anticipate managing projects, for example, technical specialists, front line leaders, project stakeholders, and other professionals involved in managing projects of any size. Individuals whose functions overlap with project management tasks will also benefit from this series. Participants will master required work processes and may elect to earn an industry-recognized certification.
