The Deane Center for the Performing Arts will host our monthly program Golden Afternoons on Tuesday, March 12th at 1:00 pm in the lobby of the Deane Center. This month we present Trudi Dibble, a certified Tai Chi instructor who will guide our guests through gentle Tai Chi movements that can be practiced while sitting. Learn the benefits of this practice to maintain strength and balance. New research has shown that practicing Tai Chi can slow down cognitive decline and lower blood pressure when practiced regularly. Light refreshments are provided. Golden Afternoons is a free program for senior citizens of Tioga County.
