Winter Adventure Hike or Cross-Country Ski

Registration Required to relay info about conditions and ski sizes.

Refreshing opportunity to get outside in the colder months and see nature's beauty in Potter County. In the event of a hike, be prepared with good hiking boots, hiking poles/sticks, and water. If conditions allow, there will be an opportunity to cross-country ski (equipment and instruction provided for free).

Hike Info: Route will be about 2 miles over flat terrain. Route will be along the edge of the Night Sky Public Viewing Area.

Be prepared with water-resistant hiking boots, layers, hiking poles/sticks, and water.

Meet at: Kiosk by Restrooms in the Night Sky Public Viewing Area. (Side without telescope domes).
