• 9:00 am — The Wellsboro Film Festival is Hosting a Short Film Workshop at the Arcadia Theatre. It is open to the Public. $

• 10:00 am — The Wellsboro Film Festival is Screening a Drama Shorts Block; at 1:00 pm, another Drama Shorts Block; at 4:00 pm, a Documentary Shorts Block; and at 7:00 pm, a Comedy Shorts Block, all at the Arcadia Theatre.The public can attend one or all four. Purchase tickets at the Arcadia Theatre.
